Your Health.Properly Understood.

Tired, carrying more weight, sleeping badly or just not yourself? We check every system, from heart and metabolism to hormones, sleep and stress, and give you a clear plan to stay ahead.

Always alongside your GP, never instead of them.

Why we exist

Men's health problems rarely have a single cause

Energy, weight, mood, drive and long-term heart health are shaped by blood sugar, hormones, sleep, stress and inflammation working together. Men are also less likely to get checked early, so problems are often found late.

Early intervention

The window for change is early

Heart and metabolic problems build silently for years before a diagnosis. The earlier the drivers are found, the more you can do about them.

1
Feeling off
Tired, stressed, sleeping poorly
2
Early warnings
Waist growing, energy and drive falling
3
Silent risk
Blood sugar, pressure or lipids drifting
4
Hormones dip
Low testosterone, mood and muscle
5
Diagnosed
e.g. type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure
6
Complex
Several conditions, or after a heart event
Stages 1–4 · The window where early action makes the most difference
Stages 5–6 · Requiring a full diagnostic work-up with specialist labs and in-depth care, alongside your GP

FAQ

Questions people ask

Is this instead of my GP?

No. We work alongside your GP. If we find anything that needs medical attention, we refer you with a written summary.

Do you prescribe testosterone?

No. If treatment may be appropriate, we refer you to your GP or a specialist.

Do I need to fast before the blood test?

Yes. Blood is taken in the morning after an overnight fast, usually between 7 and 11am, because testosterone and insulin results are most accurate then.

Can my partner book it for me?

Yes. Many appointments are booked by partners or family. We'll just need your consent before the assessment.

Can I do this from anywhere in the UK?

Yes. Consultations run online by video, with blood taken at a partner site near you or with a home finger-prick kit.

How much does it cost?

Discovery Consultation £95 (60 minutes), Full Consultation £125 (60–90 minutes), Follow Up Consultation £95 (60 minutes). Lab test costs are discussed with you before anything is ordered.
